It is a safe, non-judgemental space for you to discuss the areas of your life that you would like to improve. Sometimes you aren’t sure what exactly you need to improve and that’s ok. My role as your life coach is to assist you in discovering what that is. I will allow you the space and freedom to discuss what is on your mind and heart while keeping the focus on your desired outcome.
The key is that you are open and willing to do the work. This is your journey and the more you invest in yourself, the more benefit you will see.
A life coach is a certified professional who is trained to help you clarify goals, identify obstacles holding you back and assist you in discovering strategies to overcome them.
Sessions are non-refundable but may be transferred to another individual upon approval.
If you need to reschedule a session, 24 hours notice is required and the session will be added on to the end of the package purchased. Maximum of 2 rescheduled sessions per package. For example, if you purchase an 8 session package the first rescheduled session must be completed during the 9th week. If a second session is rescheduled, it must be completed during the 10th week. If not, the session(s) will be forfeited.
